Sorry I should probably have worded my post better, see below:

Going by reviews it looks like if it's a choice between C4 & Aerospace 303 I should get the C4 as it lasts longer ?

That is an easy one. 303 is a good solid water based dressing, ideal for interior work but will not last very long on exterior plastic. The key with all these fancy plastic sealants is to get the surface as clean as possible

used c4 for the first time and the results were pleasing.
took the trim off to do a proper job and found my wiper linkage was broke. so had to areldite that back together.

seems areldite aint strong enough. bloody thing broke again. time for a proper fix at the wekend.

Has anyone tried the Black Wow & Pre-Wow Trim Restore System? its seems to be on par with the C4 and my rubber and plastic is looking awful at the minute so needs sorting.

I want to make sure I buy the right stuff though! it aint cheap!!!

Whats not clear to me is if it will do the rubber as well as plastic? I cant find much in the way of experience with it. Does the G4 work well on rubber?

Not tried the Gtech C4 but have used Dlux. These fancy products do seem to work very well on hard plastic but not so effective on rubber. Traditional rubber dressings do seem to be the best way rather than the plastic stuff

On the strength of this thread I bought some and today applied it to the Saab. I thought I'd share with you how it went and what I did.

As you can see from the first picture the plastic was really showing it's 7 years and had faded badly and showed evidence of previous wax etc. Having not used this product before I decided to mask the area's up that were being done ( I'm also a messy so and so lol ) The car had just had a really good wash but to be sure I cleaned all the area's with some surgical spirit first which pulled a load of muck off, and I thought the area's were clean lol. Next I applied the C4 and as everyone has previously stated a little really does go a long way, and instantly the results are there for you to see, it does exactly what it says on the tin and leaves a really classy finish when wiped over with a micro fibre cloth. I was surprised how mucky the pads were after applying the C4 it appears to really strip everything of the plastics. I then went round the window rubbers with some aerospace 303, wiped everything done and job done. In a nut shell very impressed with the cleaning power/finish of the product, time will tell on its life span and when it needs replying.
