Hi,
I recently bought a 2011 Alfa Giulietta and am really happy about it.
But the only thing that bugs me is (in my opinion) the poor radio device that's built in because the lack of decent bluetooth connectivity.
So I am on the fence of buying a 2 din media receiver (Sony XAV-AX1000), the proprietary 2 din panel for the dashboard and a steering wheel interface.
Since this is my first car and have zero to no knowledge of the obstacles I might face, are there any things I might look out for?
Do I have to wire any cables from the aftermarket steering wheel interface to the wiring harness that's included in the box of the media receiver and what's the best approach to do so?
Because if I am not mistaken, the ISO cable will be attached/wired to the SWI and the cables that're coming from the car will be plugged into the SWI, right?
If there are any suggestions/tips you guys can spare, that would be very much appreciated!
