Just bought my first Alfa. I have always loved them, but been put off by the horror stories of reliability and the dealer network. This is the bit where you tell me it will all be fine.... right ?
I pick up the car on Friday, and of course I feel like a 5 year old on Christmas eve. I previously drove a turbo car, and turbo tuning is cheap - a lot of bhp for your buck. After a visit to the Autodelta site I see things could be a bit more pricey with the Alfa. I'm sure there are some good threads on your forum as to which mods are worth the cash.
Car - Alfa 147 GTA - Sep '04, colour Brilliant Blue (I think).
I am having some cosmetic work done under warranty before I pick the car up as well as a new back box due to the existing unit being badly corroded. Is there anything obvious I should check before signing the paperwork ?
