If the VDC is anything like on the 156 it's probably nice 'n' relaxed!

Mine didn't even come on on the track and has only once interviened when the wife lifted off on a flowing wet roundabout and the back end when light (mine and the 156's)

 

I would expect that all the cars in the video would have ESP or VDC (or whatever it's called). Standard it would turn on when you start the car anyway, regardless if it was off before so I think it would be on in the video also.... BTW, not all cars allow you to turn it off, unless you disconnect a fuse or so....

I'd like to see how all cars handle with and without ESP too though. IMO cars that rely on ESP to handle halfway decent should be avoided as a family car, as Sod's law says it will not work when you finally need it...
