ASR = Antislip regulation - it cuts in if wheel slip is detected (check out the manual) - hope this helps!

ARS arms the missiles under the front bumper and blows up the Audi or BMW that has just cut you up........

No, the ARSs are in the Audis and BMWs, usually located between the driving seat and the steering wheel.
