Rear washer doesnt work, you can here the pump running and the wiper works but no water comes out.
Front works fine.
After looking on Stelvio forums found a common fault, a disconnected pipe low down behind the washer bottle near the bulkhead going to the rear.
After squeezing my arm down a gap I managed to reconnect it with one hand but not very well.
Tested it and to my surprise it held, however water is now pi551ng out around where the wash bottle is, not where I had just reconnected.
Again no water leaks when using the front screen washer.
I have a horrible feeling the feed to the rear is disconnected somewhere else now upstream near the bottle.
Anyone else had this ?

Yes it was working fine before the cold spell early Dec.
What I dont understand is, I always use screenwash at the right concentration so would have thought it shouldnt freeze but clearly it has.
Unfortunately my warranty has run out so off to my trusted indie.

I have it on mine been like it for a year now
pipe separated under the bonnet when icy pushed it back on it did a bit of a dribble then stopped
now I get a puddle of fluid through the wheel arch liner when I try to use dealer said it is fairly common but was 1 hour labour to get the wheel off and remove the liner
to push the pipe back together
when I get a spare bored hour in warmer weather I will do it my self

I've had a similar problem with mine. Rear washer wasn't working. Thanks to this post I've also manage to reconnect it. I think there is a leak somewhere as my washer fluid needs refilling frequently. I was hoping reconnecting this pipe might fix it. We'll see.

@Navlet is that a loose connector taped up underneath your disconnected pipes in the first picture? I have one too and I've no idea what it's for. Does anyone know what it's for?

I discovered my rear wash wipe wasnt working on the Stelvio before Christmas and have it booked in with my trusted Indie on Friday.
Started her up yesterday after the cold snap last week and its showing low washer fluid, it was fine last time I drove it. I have a horrible feeling the ready to use ( cheap ) screenwash I bought at a petrol forecourt is shite and freezing, then blowing hose connections, and has now spilt the tank as its emptied without using it.
Could be a bigger job than just reconnecting the hose connection.
Should have stuck with proper concentrate stuff.

I had a similar problem on my 2021 veloce, there is a connection above one of the wheel arches, iirc it was the nearside, that feeds to rear screen and it blew off during a cold spell. You might not have a split tank and it could just be the hose disconnected, it could look like a split tank as it pisses fluid when you use the rear washer. To make sure I never have the problem again I use Demon shot in the washer fluid and it should be good for about -25C when diluted, it's good for -65 if used neat!! but its about ÂŁ12 a litre :(

Took it to Italiatec today. The hose connections had failed in two places nothing serious. One to the rear windscreen which I could see but not reach and one connection under the wash bottle.
He reconnected them and filled it with neat concentrated screenwash that shouldnt freeze.
Job jobbed.
