Thanks for this I've ordered from VR. What did you use to prep? Link would be great!

I had Gtechniq panel wipe in the garage so used that. Linked below (not sure why it says robot check!)

Use masking tape and some pen lines on the tape to mark the position before peeling the adhesive backing and sticking it in. I also left some heavy boxes or similar in top of the spoiler overnight to help the adhesion. Heating up the tape with hair dryer will help. Plenty of YouTube videos.

Perfect thanks. First time fitting one. Just glad there's no drilling involved [emoji51]

Hi guys need your opinion, just had the spoiler delivered from Vehicle Revolution. Haven't fixed it on yet but I'm wondering if it's bigger than the original QF one? It seems to stick out alot but I've not seen another one in person.

Ones VR sell are different to Quadrifoglio. Deeper and a little more rounded. But then all replicas are slightly different in some way. It's not a bad shape though and a lot of Giulia owners have purchased. Side by side with a Quadrifoglio you'd notice but by itself it looks fine.

I have a slightly different one it turns out which is more like the Quadrifoglio shape (not as rounded on the edges) but longer than it and the VR one. The one from UKCarbon in fact Josh [emoji16]. Can take a photo in the daylight if you want?

Strange cos I thought they'd all be the same [emoji28]. I think I need to position it properly and decide. I do like the shorter one, shame UKCarbon sold out ey[emoji1787]

If you could take a picture that would be great, Google images isn't the best cheers

Like Matt said, the VR one is a bit different to the original. It sticks out a lot more and its "chunkier" (almost twice as fat) on the both edges. Still looks great, specially considering the price difference.
I never realised it was so different. Like you say doesn't look bad, especially for the price!

It is sticking out more than the QF one. Like others have said the replicas are all slightly different from each other. Looks fine to my eyes though.

It's all about the positioning! It is bigger, however moving it back a cm or so and it fits alot nicer. Still havent stuck it down but I think when I do, I'll use a bit of silicon, as I'm having to bent the spoiler ever so slightly.

Yeah there is a slight gap each side but that lessens once it's pushed to the car properly. Might even be worth chipping off abit from the bottom. Much happier

When we are talking about boot lid spoiler... This is not original one but it looks fairly nice and the price is good... and boot will stay open withoth changing springs... but again QV style one looks better for me... but maybe this "stile italia" is good choice for cars without veloce exteriour...
Front lip is also nice looking... when you see it mounted on the car is way better than on the photos...

Just wanted to add that I bought one of the aliexpress spoilers and wasn't happy with the item or the response from aliexpress and haven't put it on the car.

The carbon was a low quality film and looked poor in comparison to a decent wrap. It wasn't applied properly and there were quite a few issues in the topcoat.

They only offered the option of sending back and wouldn't pay shipping so it would have cost me £40 to return it.

Currently investigating either wrapping or skinning it.

Some photos of mine as promised Josh.

Yours does look better positioned like you have.

Same here. I got £60 refund from Ali and sold mine on for £30 open and honest about the condition and reason why I didn't want to keep it. As it happens I bought exactly the same one from a UK company, UKCarbon, who must just import them and sell as their own, but QA them so customers get the good ones not the poor quality ones.

Yep, got to admit; the one I bought is chunkier and not a 'subtle' as the original QF one. You take it for granted that it's going to be the same - suppose that the difference in research between a 'salesman' type and an 'accountant' type - in two minds whether or not to swap it 😕
