Help Noise top of 1.9 JTDM

Video below, my 54 plate 147 jtdm. Got a noise it seems from left on belts side. But also sounds out of timing a little, it's from top maybe in cams too. Turbo is free and ok. Slightly Down on power noise is worse over 2000 revs. No smoke or any codes showing.
Tried unplugging each injector, 1 at time dose not effect sound.
any ideas.

Check aux belt/pulleys (try without it to see if sound changes)
Check timming belt/pulleys
Swirl flaps
Vacuum pump
Oil pump chain
Clutch

Would these things make it sound like a valve gone slightly / out of timing, sort of hollow .
Just not in tune I suppose.
I just don't want to loose my Alfa

Mine has recently developed a very similar sound, although mines sounds slightly duller in tone and goes away when revved. I've been told by my mechanic its the aux belt tensioner.

Spray a small amount of WD40 onto the aux belt (dont use too much), and if the sound goes, or lessons slightly then that's your problem.
