5 days ago I washed my car by myself and after 30 min I got 3 different failures on my dashboard “Check forward collision warning, check stop lights and check parking lights” I’ve checked my lights and everything was working well. I checked the failures with MES and saw that my battery was on 36% so I bought a new AGM battery but nothing changed.

And here is some errors I got on MES
U1716-2F - Electric Steering (NGE) - Signal erratic

U1712-2F - Brake system (NFR) - Signal erratic

U1711-2F - Brake system (NFR) - Signal erratic

B100C-92 - Rear left taillights - Performance or incorrect operation

U2066-87 - Error in communication with engine control unit (ECU) - Missing message

B1040-64 - Communication with Body Computer (BCM/NBC) - Signal plausibility failure

B1033-64 - Communication with Body Computer (BCM/NBC) - Signal plausibility failure

U2055-87 - Error in communication with Body Computer Module (BCM) - Missing message

U2054-87 - Error in communication with Body Computer Module (BCM) - Missing message

U2056-87 - Error in communication with Body Computer Module (BCM) - Missing message

C1403-86 - EPS electric steering (NGE) - Signal invalid

C1408-86 - ESP control - Signal invalid

C1413-86 - Error in communication with Body Computer Module (BCM) - Signal invalid

C141C-86 - Private CAN between HALF and DASM - Signal invalid

I made some research but can’t find any solution for this problem. Please help me I am really stuck at this.

You don't say what year the car is and whether it has a Security Gateway (SGW). Giulia's built since 2018 have SGW's.

MES will allow you to attempt reset of error codes in a car without an SGW or if you use an SGW by-pass.
MES will allow to you to determine whether the errors are historic or permanent.

Errors like the comms error ones are quite common as transients.

Perhaps you have only historic errors which MES will let you reset. Or permanent ones which it cannot.

If you're really lucky, all the error codes can be cleared or more likely most will be cleared, but a few will remain. Any that remain will give you a clear indication of the root cause of your problems.

Good luck.

When I changed my alfa romeo giulietta battery I had plenty of lights on dashboard, so it needs to go ignition on then all steering wheel one side then all another side then again the other side and then put straight. Turn off wait couple mins then on again and it will be no any dashboard lights on.It worked on my 2014 Giulietta. Worth to check youtube as I dont remember which side steering wheel should go first 🙈 Hope that also will help to your Giulia.

If MES can't clear this large number of errors because they are permanent, there must be a common cause.
The only common thread seems to be comms failures and implausible or erratic signals.

You mentioned the problem arose after washing the car. There have been several instances of water ingress into cable harnesses. One possible explanation is that water ingress is preventing effecting CANBUS communication.

As @Mctga says, check for water in the passenger footwell and BCM.

Honestly when it comes to the Giulia, take your pick on 100s of causes for random error messages/lights.

Being an older car (which were susceptible to water ingress) I would definitely check that out.

But there has been other causes of these errors such as faulty wheel speed sensors. I had an issue on my '21 Veloce Ti which cames from a faulty seat belt stalk sensor.

Bad/corroded earth? I had one which I think was directly under a "drain route" from the driver side windscreen scuttle. I say "think" because the fixing dealer didn't say where it was, but I spotted it when doing an oil change. You have to take the engine under tray off. There's also another earth behind the arch liner near the relays.
