Hi,

I am still trying to decide between a used Veloce and a new Distinctive and I have been struggling to work out the exact differences. From what I can tell if anyone can advise further. The Turismo and Lusso were replaced by the Sprint, Veloce is now the Distinctive, and the Cloverleaf is now the Quadrifoglio Verde.

In terms of the differences between the Veloce and Distinctive, the new Distinctive includes:

  • Cruise Control
  • Rear Parking Sensors
  • Aluminium Sport Pedals
  • Different suspension, I read that offers a better ride?

Are those the only differences, and do they justify going for a new Distinctive over a Veloce?

thanks, Ashley.

Collected my Mito from the dealer in Peterborough yesterday, driven a couple of hundred miles in total since collecting it, over to my family in Nottingham and back down to home in East Sussex and love it, so glad I made the choice, and it looks so nice in Tornado Blue.

I love the Dynamic mode, the car wants to just run away from me, it's like another car under me when you hit that switch. But even in normal mode I blasted down the M1 and around the M25 the car felt so at easy at 80-90mph, it really did not feel like it was straining (my previous 1.4 Mitsubishi Colt did feel the strain at 80mph).

And a bonus when I got there, they had registered it with the first part being AF12 which happens to be my initials, do really chuffed with that.

One minor piece of feedback rather than critiscm is the location of the socket for the sat nav being the wrong side of the gear lever means the cable wraps around the gear lever, so thats not ideal, but not a big deal, so wont spoil the fun of the car!

Overall, I am so far one happy Mito owner.
