I randomly get a message saying Alfa connect box requires service. Dealer can’t find any fault and has escalated the issue to AR Italy

I've had that pop up a few times on mine. I'm not sure what this Connect Box does but everything seems to be working so I haven't bothered to contact the dealer about it.

Alfa Connect Services offers connectivity services for the new Giulia and Stelvio MY20, on which the Alfa Connect Box is standard and pre-activated. Alfa Connect Services allows you to stay in touch with your car remotely, thanks to the My Alfa Connect mobile app for smartphones and smartwatches.
Maybe try and connect remotely. Could be signal strength related. Who knows.

This error crops up on JeepOwner. Normally meant to be fixed by OTA update. It's a waste of time taking it in, the dealer can't do anything.
