Climate control flap issue (I think at least)

I am having an issue with my Giuliettas climate control. For some reason when set to AC the drivers side cools down nicely but the passenger side just seems to blow outside temperature air in when set to heat though both sides seem to be correct temperature.
In addition to this the passenger side vent labelled 1 in picture has slightly lower pressure than the vent labelled 4 (maybe just because it is on a longer pipe though) but vent 2 produces about 1/8th the pressure of vent 3. The same behaviour with temperature and pressure is noted when on the feet setting but when blowing up onto the screen it seems to be fine.
I have done the auto calibration procedure with the multi ecu scan tool which completed successfully but prior to that there were two errors logged (attached photo).
I'm assuming that one of the motors that controls the AC flaps is broken but have no idea which one or how to go about replacing it other than it will be fiddly. Can anyone advise?

Try the left mixer motor option in the actuators TAB and check if the left mixing flap position value changes. And 'right' for comparison.

After playing around with both of them they seem okay. I'm able to switch air to exclusively one side or the other just fine. Interestingly now it seems to blow the air quite evenly between the vents however the drivers side is still the only one with cool air-conditioned air.

I'll do some more investigating today but would be surprised if that was the case. If it were I would expect the registered air vent temp to be at least slightly above or below the outside temp but it looks to remains exactly the same. Feels as if it's just blowing air straight through bypassing the condenser.

Looking at your mes data left side is 11 degrees below cabin temp and 5 degrees below outside temp so there must be some cooling going on so air is passing over evaporator. Which given the design of the heater box air has to pass through evaporator. The mix flaps then deal with how air is directed through the matrix depending on what temp you request. As you aren’t getting cool air left side and it has a left mix motor error it can only be the left mix motor/flap at fault allowing the cooled air to also pass over the heater matrix slightly.
Try a relearn first and see if that sorts the motor out

Neutral relearn doesn't seem to have helped. The code for a broken recirculation motor has come back though and I can't hear it move when activating manually so could that causing the issue?

No the recirc won’t cause it that just determines if fresh air comes in to fan or if air is circulated back from the cabin.
Sounds like you might have to do some dash stripping to change motors, some can be accessed with centre console out but others need dash removal. Not sure which motors are accessible though. But the dash isn’t too difficult to remove I had mine out and back in one Sunday during the 1st lockdown,I did a write up on it if you did tackle this yourself
