We all love our Alfas but if you weren't driving an Alfa what would you be driving?

Interesting one. Probably BMW for me (sorry).

If I had the cash, Maserati, or even more cash, Ferrari.

I am going to say BMW as well.

All the other Marques such as Ferrari, Lambo etc are all very well but I can't afford one.

I'd be tempted by a Fiat Coupe 20VT as well. :)

Good call - although they've never done anything that you could truely call a sports car - that is affordable anyway.
What timescale are we on Pud? They produced the worlds best affordable mass produced high performance sports cars for nearly 30 years. Even today, drive a 500bhp XKR and it feels a bit sporty believe me.
Back OT, errr, Jaguar for me if I had didn't have to be budget conscious.:)

Jags were always pretty good value for what you got.

The E-type was pretty affordable at the time.

Realistically if i didnt have an Alfa i'd have a Seat, I had a Leon Cupra Mk1 and it was a nice car, would easily be tempted by a Mk2 leon with DSG. still might happen in the summer when i have to deceide between that and a 159!

money no object, i'd be driving an Aston in a shot
