That's in Portugal. I was told that that barn was closed for 15 years, and that the owner is a car speculator, but I don't know that for sure. The story is definitely awkward.
I think that probably the owner bought several cars during the Portuguese revolution (30 years ago) to (rich) people that were trying to flee from the country at that time, and then ran away himself.

Some of the cars have been there a very long time and some of them look valuable. There are also some '80s cars , A Peugeot 505 (!?!) and a Series 3 Alfasud 1.5.

How did they come across this find?

OMG, my heart rate has just soared! thats an exciting find. I've actually had dreams about finding barns like that-not car specific however.

I wonder if the finders keepers rule applies in portugal?

Doesn't seem to work here, otherwise I'd have a nice little collection.
