Current set up is an audio feed from the sky box to the external speaker system, the xbox is fed directly to the tv with the yellow, red & white connectors. Is it simply a case of leaving the yellow input to the tv, then using extensions, feed the red & white into the spare audio input sockets on the speaker system?

Am clueless when it comes to such things

BTW - there doesn't appear to be an audio output from the tv...

Have you not got audio outs on your TV John?

That way you could run both the X-Box and SKY box to the TV and then TV Audio to speaker system, so that you wouldn't need to switch between the two.
