Phew, Rea is in a class of his own. The way he rode in Race 2 was just excellent, the way he keeps his cool and takes advantage of the tiniest of mistakes made by the others. I absolutely love WSBK, there is more action in one corner than in two seasons of F1..

Today's (Saturday's) race was the best of the season so far.

Camier fourth; you'd have got good odds on that! Gotta feel sorry for Van der Mark.

Excellent race alright & that was Rea's 4th consecutive win in Assen  Another good result for Davies & good to see Hayden get his first podium  Pity van der Mark crashed out, still another good race for him up until that point, Sykes also hits the tarmac.

Rea does the double after winning Race 2 which started out wet which meant a pitstop for most of the field who all started on wets apart from Giuntoli who had an intermediate rear.
Sykes & van der Mark take 2nd & 3rd after both crashed out yesterday.
Brookes did a great job in the early part of race in the drying conditions on wet tyres, unfortunately he crashed out on cold tyres after his change to slicks.

That makes it five in a row in Assen for Rea, he now leads the championship by 45 points
