First proper snow I have seen here in 8 years!!

All good because snow is cooool:cool: and I have to work from home.

People down here just don't know what to do in snow. Comming from Scotland you get to drive in snow and you know to use your gears, and to be gentle with the controls. Just seen a couple of cars on my road slide past. You can see they are planting their foot on the brakes:confused: I dread to think what it is like on the main roads!! If you are from the south and thinking of driving in the snow - USE YOUR BRAKES GENTLY AND SCRUB SPEED OFF USING YOUR GEARS.

Be safe;-)

It's snowing here in Somerset but the main roads are fine.

It took me 1.5hrs to get to work, usually takes 30 mins....because people brick themselves when they see a bit of white. We were doing 3mph for miles on a clean black tarmac road. So annoying.
