depends on the situation, ie what im having to eat, what restaurant, if im at home, what time of year?

if im at a restaurant the usual rules apply with a red for red meat, white for fish and white meat. not a big fan of heavy reds, prefer in all honest something a little lighter, however have had a few extremely nice bottles of heavy, fruity, oaky argentinian or chilean reds when working in london at the goucho grill - fabulous steaks!!

i only drink dry whites and on my last trip to france brought a case of premier cru which in all honesty is my favourite

Will have white wine with dinner at times. I like my mum though, cannot drink red wine. It just gives me the worse migraine like headache ever :( And no that's not after a whole bottle, just one glass.

Yes, but as to colour it depends what I'm eating or what mood I'm in (or what's in the house :) )

I'll drink either, but my preference is for a good decent red, I like strong reds, something with a bit of bite, but I'll drink white when the occasion calls for it! Not sweet though, and definatley dry.
