Anybody ever converted the windscreen washer jets so are on the scuttle panel.I think you can get jets that will screw in original holes .Is there enough room between back edge of bonnet and scuttle panel to get the water onto the screen ?

Why?

The washer jet rails direct the full spray where it's needed and less squirting required, compared to fixed point ones on the panel.

This is also an original feature of the GTV.
