Hi everybody,

at high speeds I get some annoying wind sounds from the passenger door.

Inspecting the door showed a gap between door and rubber at the top part of the door.

Can I adjust it? Or ist there any other cure? I tried solving it by stuffing the rubber, but no big result...

Wind the window down, open the door and gently push the top corner of the door in towards the car. Be careful though!!

errrr...

How do I adjust the hinges? Already tried that. There are 5mm (10mm key that is)screws in the hinges, but couldn't lose them - to tight. I was afraid to break them. Do I really have to untighten them? Or do I hav to take the fenders off?

There is often a spacer behind the hinge to remove. The door strike plate is easier to adjust, undo the allen key and move it in.

If this doesnt work it looks like you'll have to try Steve's suggestion.

Hmm, (hopefully) last question: To access the spacer under the hinges...do I have to access them through the fender? Unfortunately the parts CD has no answer for me. Any drawings/photos?

They are under the hinges but on the outside of the bodywork. To be honest I would try the door catch first.
