I'm gonna replace the wheels on my spider over the next few weeks and wanted to know if i'll get 19s on it? any1 tried this yet??

I fitted 19" OZs with std suspension to a V6 GTV, they came on the Cup-a-like which was lowered & they rubbed at the rear-even with near 'solid' springs & no arch liners!

They were on 235 35s & I think they were 9J. I don't know the offset/ET, probably 30ish?

I wasn't planning on lowing the car!! Do you think they would still rub?
These are the wheels i'm interested in, they only come in 19 inch !!!!

they will give a very hard ride.

My ones did still rub the plastic inner arch ever so slightly at the front on full lock but nothing to worry about, IMO.

Springs , shocks & bump stops will all have to be in good condition.

It's an expensive exercise if you don't like the ride & they rub.

I'm not an expert but there are plenty who think they are on here.

See some earlier threads/banter & you'll know what I mean.:lol:
