Hello

Well i have three lots of wax already in my cupboard and shed, but which one is the best to use; cant thinking of buying anymore until i have used some of this up.

I have Mer ultimate car wax Hybrid Wax, Turtle wax extreme speed wax with 'Trilicone', and Turtle wax Extreme nano-tech forumla speed wax. I know you might think they are all rubbish but i have to use one of them.

Cheers.

Sorry, never heard of any of them. Some TW waxes appear to be regarded on Detailing World so they may not be poor products at all. I say try the nano tech wax if for no other reason than nano is the marking word of the moment for waxes

The old mer that you used to get at markets and shows despite the crappy setting fire to a bonnet. Claim was actually good.

When it became more main stream and available in shops the formula changed and it was no where near as good

Remember that 90% of the final look of a clean car is not in the wax, but is in the prep work. Make sure it is cleaned properly, fully decontaminated and clayed, thoroughly polished before applying the wax to get the best finish.

We always use Meguiars, get great results. As above though you have to prep...good wash, pref two bucket, then clay and clean the paint, any stone chips, couple of coats of polish then carnuba wax...lovely results.
Available at Halfrauds and Fleabay and some good advice here too CAR CARE | MEGUIAR'S UK

Just tried some Natty Wax today. Looks great and none of the dusty residue from Mer. Will have to see how well it lasts over the next few weeks.

Yes, I put some Poor Boys Black Hole on, and some Natty Wax over the top. Would like to put a few more layers on but short on time so it will have to wait until next weekend for a top up.
