Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone could help me out here as Im not too familiar with alfas. Basically I have a corrado vr6 which is soon to have an r32 lump dropped into it.

However, since I don't want to use the drive-by-wire throttlebody Ive been told that a cable operated one fits the r32 manifold from an alfa v6. The thing is the person who let me know this was unsure as to which model and year the throttlebody is from (I think a 156 maybe?)!

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

Jez

Yep, the 156 v6 models and the gtv v6 models all use drive by wire. I beleive the early non selepeed ts 156's didn't have fly by wire, but I can't tell you if they were the same size.

twood be a 164 24v throttle body you want, as they are the biggest you are gonna get from an alfa and have a cable operation.

Go on, hit the thank you tab, you know you wanna
