This lens problem is more common than you think I have done it myself. As to putting in the right lens first I think if you use the right hand finger to place the lens in it's more "natural" to start with the right eye as it's nearer....I thinkFraser said:Whichever shoe (or glove, or any other 'handed' thing) I pick up first.
Right contact lens first though (that HAS to be controlled though - I have been known to wear the wrong lenses in the wrong eyes for quite a while before I had an eye test to find out why my sight had deteriorated)
