Another thumbs up for Mike at A&M Alfas in Wickham. Got my GTV on Saturday and for peace of mind took it for a cambelt and service today (or yesterday) now. Dropped car off in the morning, Mike gave me a lift to the train station so I could get home! Car all done in the evening, no nonsense or fuss. :)

Mike seems to know a lot about Alfas and I like that it is a small operation as you feel like your car is getting 100% attention whilst there! Cambelt change (with bearings, tensioners etc) and the 60k service all for £600, which having shopped around a little bit was more than reasonable!!

KIKI's GTV is going to Mike for a clutch change next week : As always I'm sure it is a very competetive price and always a no fuss, decent service.

Unfortunately he couldn't do the work under warranty on my Alfa, so the car is currently with Adie at AHM for the Q2 etc.

Mike @ A&M has also done a couple of services on my car, inc cambelt and has been absolutely great on both price and service. Even more of a bonus is A&M are only 5 mins from my home.

Anyone got any recommendations round Bournemouth way? I've got the belt change coming up shortly so I'd appreciate a reasonably priced specialist round these parts!

Palmer & Phillips Fiat and Alfa specialists in Oxford (next to BMW Mini Factory) very good. Used them a lot for the wife's Fiat Stilo. Always knew what they were doing and reasonable prices. Not using them currently as Alfa still under warranty so would rather pay a bit more at the stealer. Not decided yet, if I use Reading Alfa or Swindon Alfa....

Alfa Aid in Maidenhead have always been good for me. Seem to know what they are doing and have courtesy cars available. Adrian is a nice chap, who always seems to be able to make the bill more palatable!

Sounds good, I live just outside Aylesbury, would this be PERRYS Aylesbury or PERRYS Amersham
