i have a 155 v6 and i need to know where the sensor of the speedometer is...??

i looked for the sensor in the gearbox but i couldnt find it anywhere

I think it runs from the ABS sensors - an average of the signal from all 4 wheels...

Hi !

The signal comes from the gearbox to a grey connector (3 wires) in the area of the accu.

On my V6, the abs is disconnected (broken receiver) and I still have the speedo working....

you will find sensor on top of the diff housing, there a pain to get to,but the lead is quite long if your just wanting to test the wiring.
