I want to try bleeding the clutch system before I have to think about new clutch money. I know where the bleed nipple us but where is the fluid go?

It is the same fluid as the brakes, therefore the brake fluid resevoir. If you're unsure it is full of a golden coloured liquid, so do not confuse it with the steering fluid resevoir !

There is no such thing as a dumb question.

The reservoir is shared with the brakes. So where is the clutch bleed nipple? Changed my brake lines and fluid today but didn't bleed the clutch.

On the slave cylinder under the battery have to take battery out to get to it, so if I bleed clutch fo I have to do brakes too?

Given that my clutch feels the same as before I replaced the fluid and bled the brakes, the answer is probably "No".
