As the title suggest I need codes reading.

Got an MCSF light on yesterday booting my JTD in 3rd, came on around 3000rpm. I do have a turbo breather pipe that needs replacing, but would like to get the error code read to see what pops up! No loss in power or funny sounds coming from the engine mind. But it has only been used on weekends since the start of the yea due to work.

Any ideas on where in derby I could go?

Thanks in advance

Hi. I bought a elm 327, off ebay 20 quid. The software is free to read codes. All you need is a laptop. It has been very helpfull. You might have old codes which have been stored and you can erase them. I like my 147 jtd and didnt want to pay garage prices for reading codes, its easy to use and can do many other things aswell, a must for keeping costs down.

Hmm I was thinking this route. The phone app would be great but I have an iPhone which is annoying.

Looks like ill go and invest in multiecuscan and cable.

Though the mcsf has turned itself off after 3 starts

They do if the fault was intermittant.
Will still be stored though.

Iphones, :vomit: :)

Multiecuscan is free to use for a great deal of its tools. Just buy a cable and run the free version.
Upgrade if you need the advanced features.
