can any 1 tell me if all 156 wheel arch liners are the same or are they diffrent for the gta.

Good question, think they may be Gta specific cos of the wings may be wrong, I need both sides when I replace them.

Yes, 40-50 Euros each. And yes, GTA specific. But the GTA specific parts become more and more difficult to get hold of.

He did not specify, but the rear ones are GTA specific as well. If you can build them, good luck, but it would probably cost you more than buying them new from Alfa.
And I have no idea why I am cantankerous.

I think the rear ones are pretty much carpet - same as ferry terminal departure lounges, IIRC...

Front ones are plastic. Rear ones are carpet like, but the carpet material includes probably some plastic and is probably pressed in a form to hold its shape that is honestly quite complex to be fabricated at home. Definitely not for 40 EUR.

You could maybe make a plastic mold in the same shape using the old liner as template and cover it with synthetic carpet on one side, but as Alexandrus is saying, so far there are GTA parts still available, go and buy one.
