I suspect that this SAV(as in Saveloy) er sorry SUV will grow on you.
Mores the pity, as we do not need any more Half-wit drives on the road. :(
NB SUV stands for Sport Upsidedown Vehicle

Murtle the Turtle, when she,s on her back she's f***ed :D

I usually don't give 4WD/SUV a second look but I'll go out on a limb and say it's amazingly stylish for a SUV. IMHO it's also more of "one" than the 147. It will be a huge hit.

Austrlian "DRIVE" website reports:

Alfa Romeo officials did not mention the Australian input in its important new model but insiders told Drive the new 4WD will be powered by Holden V6s made in Melbourne.

The Kamal (Arabic for "perfection" or the "synthesis of opposites", according to the Alfa blurb) will be on the road by the end of 2004 and on sale in Australia by late 2005.

Not being a huge SUV fan myself it's not really my cup of tea. But, I have to admit it's not bad looking...kinda like a Porsche Cayenne but much more stylish! :D

The car looks OK, but i don't think that it will be a true "Cuore Sportivo".
After Porsche Cayenne, Maserati Kubang and now Alfa Kamal i wonder who will be next. Maybe Ferrari? Ferrari SUV ... iaxx :(

All the Best

it is not bad-looking (although i am not sure about its rear), but still i dont think Alfa should do this.
then again, it could prove a success, so it would mean some profit.

who knows...
