A local guy is selling a 2001 147 1.6 TS.
Cloth interior, 133,000 miles in black (a few minor scratches)
It's recently had the belts and water pump done (at 130,000) and comes with a ton of bills and receipts including a fairly extensive service history. He's just told me that 3rd gear is being a bit of a pig to engage and that its squeaking at the front going over speed bumps, so I'm factoring in new upper wishbones and probably new gear linkage bushes. It also has no tax and the MOT is due in July.

I'm thinking of making an offer between £300 & £400, is that reasonable?

Non selecting third gear is an easy fix. Offer him £300 but go to £400 if you want, it's not worth any more than that (you could get £250 by weighing it in).
