Essentially the alfa has a coilover setup as standard (springs that are over the dampers) the difference between the two kits you post is that one has adjustable bases so you can raise and lower the height of the car.

Most people just want the car a bit lower with a decent set of dampers the first kit will probably provide that, the second kit will let you go sump bashingly low and is probably not recommended, epecially as the dampers aren't fully adjustable and most likely the spring rates are no stiffer than the first kit anyway.
