Changed the AC condenser, heater matrix, fixed a broken thread on the bolt holding the dip stick, polished the headlights + new xenon bulbs and and gave the dash a proper deep clean.

Not the most fun ever, but at least I found the leak... and a broken CV boot.

Replaced the rubber grips on the accelerator. brake and clutch pedals and cleaned the footrest. The four allen-key headed bolts and nyloc nuts easy enough on the accelerator pedal, top nut and bolt on brake and clutch pedal difficult.

I went to collect the grey one from Auto Avanti yesterday after having some paint and boot lid rust sorted... I didn't realize I missed the GTA that much. A lovely 57 km drive home when the sun was setting did wonders for the soul.

I have just replaced my damaged near side indicator in the bumper of my 147 with one printed in France, a slight bit of trimming required and it fitted perfectly, no more misted up indicator for me👍

There’s a lot to unscrew, but calling it hard might be exaggerating. I followed the Alfa workshop instructions and it just took a while figuring a few steps out.

Agree with someone on the thread that says current wheels might look good but the blacklines are large blocks of wheel so its a bit much on blacklines ..

yeah did think diamond cut or a chrome silver but being a heavy wheel not so sure will try a few more photoshops

though booked in for the wheels in two weeks and he has 40 wheels to try colour wise on the car but no blacklines. mine are silver and black currently

I've had a think....maybe with the Blue, an orange will look good. A burnt orange, nothing too garish. Perhaps also a more matt finish would be better, if possible. Just an idea to roll with. You want a change, and if purple is in the mix, it seems you're open to most ideas 😉

I think bmw shadow chrome will look great on the blacklines with your blue paintwirk MB. I like the idea of the blacklines 👍

yes will try a few oranges and see what i think most people suggest gold but scoobys have done that to death

What about gun metal with a flick of bronze over the top? I've seen that before on a 159 Ti and it looked great.
