As most of you will know I have a small collection of alfa's and many have commented how by law of averages one will always need something doing to it. Well to all of you betting peeps out of there what are the odds that all 4 need work eh?
The 155 admittedly has needed the electrics finishing off for several months on the engine conversion and it is sat in my garage.
The GTA is in today having Q2 fitted today but is also having the front anti rollbar bushes polyflexed, the aircon regassed and the cam cover seals done as they are weaping
The spider was in yesterday having it's rear main oil seal done before it was sold as I haven't had time to do it myself and it has been sat on my bench for 6 months and it ended up having a clutch too. Then last night on the way home the MAF which has been playing up for months gave up and it started hunting and stalling everytime the car stopped :wall: ( new one ordered. I just want to sell the thing:lol
And then this morning the JTD decided that the battery was no longer of service and promptly ran it flat. It still just has enough juice to start the thing but pings up errors all over the place as I have to crank it for at least 5 seconds which plays havoc with the active check
. New battery ordered. I will pick up this afternoon and fit.
So place your bets people:cheese:
