Looking to get my wifes Twinair Sportivo its first service, the garage asked for the reg number. Being my wifes car I didnt know so had a quick look for the paperwork. At which point she pulled up the drive so I read it off the plate. But that car is not on the Alfa list sir.. What? Of course it is, check again. Nope just checked on our other system and the car doesn't exist.

Another scramble for the paperwork and I discover...Piccadilly made a mistake on the plate and put the wrong letter on! lol My wife has been driving around in a car with a plate that doesn't exist!

Lucky it doesn't exist rather than being a plate for another car - you'd have had a whole world of bother then!

I take it you're letting Piccadilly know? Pretty blo*dy careless on their part - both the person that printed the plates and the salesman.
