Having loved Alfas for so long I decided to take the plunge and now own a GTV. I went through a load of fast cars in the 80s (before my hair started turning grey and before the kids came along - wonder if thats related) including some fast fiats, mirafioris, abarth 130TC X19 et etc and the golf GTi mk1 and the first Astra GTE and an esort XR3i plus two XR2is.
I have to say this is one of the best cars I have ever driven on the road.
Its red (of course) three owners from new, fsh and only 38,000 on the clock, recent belt and rear suspension overhaul with bilstein conversion at all four corners. Suits me fine.
