With my family out of town I spend most of the weekend in the garage, drinking a few beers, smoking a few cigarettes and fixing with the car. I now have a complete set of Koni sports fitted, a new strut brace, new oil and filter, new brake fluid, fixed rear bump stops, new rear silencer and a new left wishbone. Everything went surprisingly well (thank god for the impact wrench), but If someone could tell me an easy and painless way to install wishbones I´d be happy to hear... :)

Remove the strut and tie the hub assembly out of the way... that is the best I've found :)
^^ This.
With the old w/bone still on remove the strut, jack the hub up as high as it will go and tie some rope through the mounting hole, up through the hole where the strut was.
Remove old w/bone, fit new w/bone, lower hub onto new balljoint, re-fit strut.
You`ll need to push the hub & w/bone down to re-fit the strut, a long bit of wood/breaker bar/etc will do this nicely.
