Just got my GT a couple of weeks ago. i may come by and meet up with you guys if you dont mind a nube.

Will need advice on the gt anyway.

got a garden party the night before ,so may not come if i am too bad with the drink fairy.

Im sure you will be made very welcome if you make it on Sunday. I have never been before either but had a great welcome at other events I have gone along to.


AROC Scottish section had a Knockhill night about 5 weeks ago, and there was an event thread here on Alfaowners, so quite a few came along. I think they need more to attend though to make it break even.

There was also a trackday at Llandow circuit in South Wales 3 weeks ago organised by Andy on the Sports Maserati forum who is also on here. Not sure when the next Knockhill one is but the next Llandow day is in October.

Look up meets and events or images/meets and events.

Hope you can make it on Sunday. As CPE has already said, yes we do have track nights at Knockhill as guests of the Scottish Alfa Romeo Owners Club. The next date isn't set yet (probably late August) but keep watching the Events Diary for details as they emerge. Just to give you a taste of what to expect: http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/meet...ottish-aroc-track-night-knockhill-17-8-a.html - all very civilised as everybody has a connection with Alfa, so no chavved-up Saxos and the like.

There isn't going to be a second track night at Knockhill this year - due to too much money being lost on the events. There might be something at Crail instead though.

Just a quick note for anyone that has not been before, just drive onto the premises and around the back of the building, you will see our wash bay open, feel free to wash the car first then drive into the building where everyone will meet up. The arrow on the map gives you an idea of where to go!

Hey everybody, another top Alfaowner day!

Anyone not into their cars would wonder how a 'drive 65 miles to clean your own car day' could be a good day out...it was fab!

Thanks to all involved in making this happen and giving up your time and effort. It is appreciated.

The paint spraying was a laugh and the food was very tasty and appreciated.

Top butties again from the canteen staff for the day.
Realised halfway home I left my excellent paint card on the stocks.
Eye um shure fur certain there wiz some sabotagy as how else in a dust free environment would big beasties get oan it,:cheese:
However excellent is relatve wrt Lucy's NSF wing.Thanks to Johnny's overseeing I feel confident to give it a bash...cannae be any wurse than it is the noo.

I wash mine on the road ootside the hoose....but these experiences ,unlike the Proclaimers, I only hiv tay drive 56 miles roon trip but well worth it.

Fantastic day and superb turnout , think if it had been a bit sunnier would have been a treat to take our gleaming cars for a photo-shoot , maybe next time...Impressive set up in Eastern Western Motor Group with every conceivable tool and expertise to bring cars back to their full glory. Bacon rolls expertly made with plenty of coffee. Very much appreciated ....:thumbs:
