Does anyone know if the gear gaiter frame is interchangeable between the pre- and post-facelift 147 interiors? I.e. will a gaiter frame (the plastic bit with the clips, not the leather) from a facelift 147 fit a pre-facelift centre console?

Yours might have a GT gear gaitor on it at the moment if you still have the centre tunnel fitted? Asking Joe would be your best bet.

I've just taken the GT console out, wanted the cubby hole at the front by the ashtray instead of the big built-up silver bit, I can live without the leather knee bolsters. Got a standard 147 console off ebay instead, complete with armrest, for £25 delivered :thumbs:

But the GT gaiter doesn't fit the 147 console, hence the question...
