How difficult a job is it to change the belt & water pump with the engine in situ.
The UTube vids are all done the the engine out of the car

I have all the necessary tools & cam locks and is something I would like to undertake

The reason all the videos are done with the engine out of the car is that the space is such that you are unable to video anything.
I have changed the timing belt and water pump with the engine in the car and with the engine out. Needless to say it is very easy with the engine out. With the engine in, the engine needs jacking up and down to get access to the various fasteners and to remove pulleys. It is very time consuming, though better than the effort to remove the engine.
