Hi All,

Need help! :D I haven't received the documentation for the 155 just yet. And I am away from my car. I just need to know if there is a cam angle sensor for the 155 2.5 V6?

I'm putting in an aftermarket EFI in the car (goodbye Air Flow Meter ).

Can one of the V6 owners please help? (Wrinx, AndyMac ? ) :D

Really??? Did you check the parts CD or workshop manual? Man that sucks. Thanks anyway though.

The thing is the 155 V6 has no distributor, it has a coil pack, so it must have some way of determining which cylinder is at TDC. I was told it has a cam angle sensor.... arghhhhh!!!

The Crankshaft sensor tells the ecu which cylinder is at TDC

The Camshaft sensor is only fitted to some cars to ensure the Cams don`t get out of line due to a slack or badly adjusted cambelt which could cause piston to valve contact as the clearances are run very tight on modern engines (i think)
