While replacing a bolt in the wife's 147 GTA today I noticed the rubber on the upper ball joint is goosed. Can any body recommend a decent set of top control arms, with or without nylon bushes or is it off to the dealer.

I've got TRW upper arms on mine. They are recommended by Alfaworkshop and I have had no problems with them over the last year since fitted.

Genuine or TRW. Ive used Original Birth with powerflex bushes and they were fine.

genuine arms are made by TRW. The TRW ones direct just have the alfa part numbers ground off!

Don't get expensive alternatives like lemforder....their lower arms I got for mine were rubbish.
Get TRW, it is worth it and Mister Auto have good prices and deliver very quickly.

You'll pay an extortionate amount at an AR dealer....
