Has anyone experienced uneven rear ride height.
The drivers rear started to bottom out and foolishly I suspected a soft coil spring.
I was running Eibachs and ordered a new rear pair.
Once fitted the problem still remained,I then noticed that the bump stop cone had failed so I have fitted a new one and the bottoming out has stopped but the drivers side is sitting on the bump stop but the passenger side is not.

I have checked the fitting and all looks ok, bushes are powerflex and all good, tyre pressures match too.

The difference in ride height is:
670mm ground to wheel arch passenger side - 350mm centre wheel cap to wheel arch
650mm ground to wheel arch Drivers side - 330mm centre wheel cap to wheel arch

I am running 17in wheels and 225 45 17 tyres

I have swapped the springs, shocks (Koni Sport) and wheels and the issue remains

Could the spring pan have bent a little ?

If anyone is running the same set-up then your ride height measurements would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance for you help.

Mike

how are your rear wishbones and the rest of the suspension parts on that side and is there any difference in tyre wear on that side.

Thanks Alfapash,

The whole rear - all 14 bushes so including the upper wishbones have been powerflexed and are all in good order.
There does not appear to be any noticeable difference in tyre wear.
The car passed the MOT yesterday so there was nothing obvious and no movement in any of the rear suspension.
Perhaps I will swap over all the parts together - coil springs, rubber parts, bump stops and towers etc to see if that makes a difference.

Disconnect your rear antiroll bar and see if it changes something. Could be that the bar is holding the car at uneven height.
