I was looking at the prices of ones that were sold, and i was really surprised, like why are they that expensive, is it because of the navigation ? Also if i look to buy one, how do i insert map for my country? I searched the web, and there are cd's all around, but i don't think there is a place where i can insert cd, is it?They are a very rare head unit, and tend to go for decent money when they do come up for sale! Price tends to vary for them...anywhere from £150-250 for them second hand...in good condition.
The fascia of the unit opens up/flips down to reveal a cd slot. And you can still buy up to date map cds no problem.I was looking at the prices of ones that were sold, and i was really surprised, like why are they that expensive, is it because of the navigation ? Yea i figured it out, didn't notice it at first. I was searching for navigations maps, and i coudn't find any for eastern europe, i read somewhere, they just switched to using iGO maps, so they never did maps for Eastern Europe, unless you count Greece. The fascia of the unit opens up/flips down to reveal a cd slot. Its a good overall little head unit. It's simple but effective. I may know of one for sale in the standard silver....will have to find out
