Hi

Is anyone using the Torque Pro App on a 147 GTA ?

I bought a quality Bluetooth interface and the App connects successfuly to it, but wont connect to the ECU, error message "unable to connect to ECU", indicating car is non OBD2 compliant.

Any ideas?

I also use MES with a cable connection so probably not a fault with the OBD port on the car.

Reading other posts seems most people can use Torque on other Alfas, but is there something different with the 147 GTA?

I use the same app for 156GTA, no problems so far.
Also downloaded AlfaOBD app, seems far more powerfull than Torque app. Try that one.
Tried using ALFAOBD, but it asked for a 5 digit code in the set up, couldn't figure out what that was?

Hoping its not the car immobilizer code as I dont have it.

Actually it does not need it. :) On the same page, there should be connect, without the 5 digit code.
But Its an engine code, I had it printed on the same red paper where my key code was.

Still looking for an answer from anyone with a 147GTA that can confirm whether Torque works on a 147GTA.

Also regarding ALDAOBD, do you need adaptor cables or not to make that work?
