I just bought the car with both rear windows not working. I do get a click when pushing the switches, so pulled a motor, and, let's be clear. It is RUSTED BEYOND SALVAGE. Funny, there is almost no rust on the car. Anyway, I kind of took too much stuff apart for my own good, and can't figure out how to get it back together, especially that strut which holds a pulley, and the cables. Can anyone point me to some instructions, pictures, or "How To" videos?

Not sure exactly what you've done, but the best fix will be a complete new window regulator (motor, cable and pulleys, roll formed metal guide, etc). This will bolt in and problem solved. Also ensure the glass slides nicely in the door frame seals. I fixed one rear on my sportwagon by unjamming it from the door frame and using silicon spray on the seals.
