Hi,

I have my Alfa 2014 1.6 JTDM booked in for a timing belt, water pump, tensioner, and aux belt next week. The cost is £360 all in for reference using an INA kit.

Is there anything else that would make sense to do at the same time?

Oil and filter change. I'm assume the oil filter is in the same stupid position on the 1.6 as the 2.0? If so it would make sense to change it whilst the offside wheel and arch liner is off.

Thanks - Will give it full service at the same time as everything seems to be located on the timing belt side.

So so lucky - the tensioner fell apart when being removed. Totally knackered.com however the belt looked fine. Last changed in 2018 / 50000 miles ago.

£520 all in for Ina Timing belt kit including water pump, pulley and tensioner and engine service with filters incl fuel filter (all bosch and fuel filter Febi)
