Im completely new to this forum, and just posting this thread took me some time to figure out...

Im the happy owner of a 159 2.4 JTDM 210 HP TI version, but I have been rather unlucky with it though. Started off with a stuck glow plug, that taken out, but with the tip of the glow plug remaining in the cylinder, took out my turbo completely as it was blow out with the exhaust. Cylinderhead, turbo etc is getting fixed, but we have now reached the point where we have to put it all together.

After searching for hours for some information/torques about this particular engine this is my last option in hope to find the answer from any of you. I hope you can help me with this.

Try Googling Elearn for the Alfa 159 for a download or torrent or search these forums. I'm sure someone must have a link. Essentially you can download a CD ISO that is an electronic repair manual. Should have what you are looking for.

Hi Brenton,

Thx for the advice, and i found what i was looking for. I just need a piston now though, cant buy a new anywhere even at alfa shop. so im pretty much screwed.
