If its as good as the Terason Terastat stuff I used it won't need clamping
I used the above to re-affix the Zender skirts on my Sportwagon which dont use the little lugs to hold them in place , I drove the car 30 mins after fitting and it was drizzling .
They were still firmly fixed 3 years later when I sold it.
