OK, another dumb question from a newbie ...

I'd noticed a "ticking" noise coming from the rear of the car when I'm stationary in traffic. I'd assumed (wrongly it turns out) that it was something to do with the fuel pump.

The noise actually only happens when the brake pedal is depressed (ie pushed down, not when it's unhappy).

What's causing this? Is it normal?

Mine does this, I had the (brake switch?) replaced under warranty stopped for a few weeks then back havnt got round to doing it,sorry cant be more help:confused:
